If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item. This Return Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through skinstinct.com.
Within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, you may return most merchandise purchased from Skinstinct.com with an original receipt or packing invoice that meets these criteria:
- Apparel and soft goods merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All original tags and accessories must be attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, packing invoice, return form and customs documents (if applicable).
- All return shipments must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the time you receive your order.
Skinstinct.com will not accept as returns:
- Skincare items
- Candles
- Jewelry
- Fabric Care items
- Sale merchandise
- Special Orders
- Merchandise with obvious signs of use
- Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards
- Merchandise returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Merchandise returned without an original receipt or packing invoice
- Shipping and Handling fees
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
For international shipments, any custom duties or taxes are not refundable by us and need to be referred to the customs department of the destination country.
Price adjustments on skinstinct.com purchases are not permitted.
Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Skinstinct.com is not responsible for return shipping costs.
You may return your item(s) to a Skinstinct® store or ship your item(s) to our Returns department.
Mailing a return to our Returns department:Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed "Return Form" and "Customs Documents" (if applicable). Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. UPS, Federal Express, USPS, and other carriers offer this service. Skinstinct.com is not responsible for any return shipments that are lost, stolen, misdirected, or mishandled.
Returns to a Skinstinct® store:You may return your item(s) to any Skinstinct® store. Please bring the original packaging, invoice and merchandise. We are currently unable to process refunds at the stores immediately for any online purchases, but our ship center will process refunds within five (5) business days of return receipt.
Skinstinct.com reserves the right to refuse returned goods that do not adhere to this policy. Skinstinct.com reserves the right to modify its return policy without notice.
