Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Shipping Destinations:Skinstinct.com ships to all 50 United States and the U.S. territories, which include: American Samoa, Guam, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping to the U.S. and U.S. Territories
Shipping & Handling Rates:Real-time shipping rates are available once items are placed in your shopping cart. Simply enter the destination zip code for a shipping estimate.
Shipping Options:Standard Delivery
- Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories usually arrives within 5-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Express Delivery
- Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 2:00 PM CT will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
- Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipped date.
- Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories:
- Only standard delivery is available.
- All packages are sent via UPS.
- U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling:
- Skinstinct.com will apply 9.75% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Illinois.
International ShippingAll International Shipping & Handling rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International Shipping Options:
- Express delivery usually arrives within 5 - 10 business day, but may take up to 12 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- Standard delivery is not available for international shipments.
International Shipping Restrictions:
- Delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.
- Gift Card delivery to International addresses is not available.
- Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total (excluding eGift Card) purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.
Shipping Promotions:
- Shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to international addresses and U.S. Territories.
International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees
- Skinstinct.com ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
- USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
Delivery Time EstimateTo estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:
- Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing.
- Orders with "Out of Stock" item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process and ship.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the "My Account" page and click on "Orders" to get the tracking number for your order.
