How do I check the status of an order? As a registered user you can also view your order status by clicking on "My Account" and log in with your email address and password and then clicking on "Your Order History."
May I modify or adjust my order? Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email or Shipping Confirmation, please check your account by clicking "My Account" and click "Your Order History" to verify that your order has been placed and to check the order status.
May I track my order shipment? Yes. To track your order shipment, click on "My Account" and log in with your email address and password. Then click on "Your Order History" and select an order to track.
