How do I place an order? Select a category. Click on an item to view from the product list. Choose a color and a size (if applicable), and then click on "Add to Cart". When you're ready to place your order, click "Checkout" to begin the payment process.
How will I know that my order was accepted? After you click "Send Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form. When your order has been received and you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. Should you not receive a confirmation email, please log on to your Skinstinct® account to verify if your order has been placed before re-submitting your order to avoid duplicate orders from getting placed. As a registered user you can also view your order status by clicking on "My Account" and logging in with your email address and password and then clicking on "Your Order History."

May I modify or adjust my order? Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email or Shipping Confirmation, please check your account by clicking "My Account" and click "Your Order History" to verify that your order has been placed and to check the order status. |
