- How will I Know that my order was accepted?
After you click "Place Your Order " during check-out an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form. When your order has been received and you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. Should you not receive a confirmation email, please log on to your Skinstinct® account to verify if your order has been placed before re-submitting your order to avoid duplicate orders from getting placed. As a registered user you can also view your order status by clicking on "My Account" and logging in with your email address and password and then clicking on "Your Order History".
- How may I check on my order?

- May I order from outside the United States?
Yes, we ship to several international destinations. Please read our Shipping policy to learn where we ship.
- What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
If an item is no longer available on the website, then it is likely out of stock. Most items are not reordered to keep our styles fresh and evolving. You may contact a local store to check availability of an item. Please note that an item number is necessary to check the inventory.
Most Skinstinct® products displayed on our site are available at select Skinstinct® stores while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the Site may not be available at Skinstinct® stores.
- May I modify or adjust my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email or Shipping Confirmation, please check your account by clicking "My Account" to verify that your order has been placed and to check the order status.
- Do you have a catalog?
To help reduce landfill waste and save trees, we do not publish a print catalog. Available merchandise is available on our Web site and at our retail stores.
- How quickly do you ship?
We ship Monday through Friday exclusively with UPS. Once an order is placed, it typically ships out the next business day. Please visit our Shipping policy for more details.
- Is my credit card number and information secure?
Yes, all personal information is securely protected. Please read our Privacy & Security policy for more details. Shopping on Skinstinct.com is safe because we use highly advanced technology to ensure that your information remains secure. We protect your online order and personal information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. All the data that travels between your computer and our servers is SSL encrypted. Some versions of browsers and firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you will be unable to connect to our server so you won't mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection.
- How may I pay for my order?

- What if the merchandise is not in stock?
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an "out-of-stock" email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.
- How may I purchase an eGift Card?
A Skinstinct® eGift Card may be purchased online for use for online purchases only. eGift Cards can be purchased in denominations of $10, $25, $50, $75, and $100. An eGift Card may only be redeemed online. eGift Cards cannot be returned for refund or exchange and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Skinstinct® is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected eGift Cards. There is no sales tax on the purchase of an eGift Card, and promotional discounts do not apply to the purchase of an eGift Card.
- What if I haven't received my order?
Please log in to your account by clicking "My Account" and click "Your Order History" to verify that your order has been placed and to check the order status. You can track packages directly from your Account.
- Do you accept phone orders?
Yes, please call 877-299-5415 Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time (CT).
- Will I pay sales tax?
Only if the item is shipped to the state of Illinois. We are required to collect 10.25% sales tax for deliveries to any address in the state of Illinois.
- Why do you ask me to register?
You are asked to register when you complete a purchase so you have 24-hour access to your order history and are able to track your packages. You also save time on future orders because you are not required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file with the credit card used to pay for the order.
